The Oath-taking Ceremony for the twenty new student leaders was successfully held on 15th April 2024 at the Senate Foyer of Albukhary International University (AIU), to officially commence their term as the Students’ Representative Council for the 2023/2024 academic year.
The event was graced by the esteemed presence of Emeritus Professor Dato’ Dr. Abd Aziz Bin Tajuddin, Vice Chancellor and President of AIU. In his address, he emphasised the vital role of student leadership and the SRC’s significance in cultivating a vibrant campus community.
Leading the ceremony was the newly elected President, Monir Mohammed Hamid Abdalrahman. Under his guidance, the council pledged to uphold the 5A’s Core Values and to inspire the students’ minds throughout their term.
